2008 Todd N Tyler College Football Flyaways Official Rules
KEZO/Z-92 2008 College Football Flyaway Contest Rules
 
Beginning Monday, September 22nd, 2008, through Friday, November 7th, 2008, Journal Broadcast Group radio station KEZO-FM (Z-92) will conduct the 2008 College Football Flyaway Contest. A copy of these official rules will be available for public inspection at the KEZO office during normal business hours, 8:00am-5:00pm, Mondays through Fridays.  KEZO’s address is 5030 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134, phone # (402) 592-5300.

This contest is for LOCAL RESIDENTS ONLY.   This is NOT a national contest. All winners must be legal residents of the United States AND must reside and/or work in the Omaha-Council Bluffs Total Survey Area as defined by Arbitron, Inc. The counties within this area include but may not be limited to: Wayne, Madison, Stanton, Thurston, Cuming, Burt, Platte, Colfax, Dodge, Washington, Nance, Polk, Butler, Saunders, Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, York, Seward, Lancaster, Otoe, Fillmore, Saline, Jefferson, Gage, Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee and Richardson in Nebraska. Iowa counties include: Monona, Crawford, Harrison, Shelby, Audubon, Pottawattamie, Cass, Mills, Montgomery, Adams, Fremont, Page and Taylor. Atchison County in Missouri is also included in the in Total Survey Area. 
 
The methodology of the contest is as follows: Each Monday morning, KEZO will announce the Artist of the Week. Whenever a song from the Artist of the Week is played between the hours of 10:00am and 7:00pm (CST), Mondays through Fridays, listeners will call 402-938-9200. Caller #30 will win a qualifying prize (TBD) and will be qualified to win the Weekly Grand Prize – two (2) tickets to a college football game, airfare for two (2) to and from the game town (or town close to the game town), and (1) hotel room. There will be five (5) qualifiers per weekday. Weekly Grand Prize winners will be randomly be picked from the qualifiers and announced during the Todd N Tyler Morning Show on Monday mornings and will be contacted by a KEZO staff member with all of the trip information and details. The Artist of the Week will be played five (5) times per weekday during the contest period (10a-7p, Monday-Friday). There will be 25 qualifiers per week and only 1 Weekly Grand Prize winner per week.
 
The Weekly Grand Prize is a two (2) day, one (1) night trip for two (2) to a pre-determined town. The Grand Prize includes airfare for two (2) and hotel for two (2) for one (1) night, and two (2) tickets to a pre-determined College Football Game (list of trips is below). Winners are responsible for food, transportation, and for all other expenses incurred while on their 2008 College Football Flyaway Trip. Winners are also responsible for getting to and from Omaha-Eppley Airfield and for abiding by all airline rules & regulations. KEZO and Wendy’s International, Inc. and its franchisees are not responsible for winners who do not follow the airline rules & regulations. Weekly Grand Prize is not transferable. KEZO and Wendy’s International, Inc. and its franchisees are not responsible for delayed or cancelled flights, hotel reservations, or games.
 
In the event that a 2008 College Football Flyaway trip is in close proximity to the Omaha-Council Bluffs area, KEZO reserves the right to give the Weekly Grand Prize winner a rental car and gas money in lieu of the airfare. Trip values range between $2,229.00 and $2,729.00.
 
Listeners may stop by participating Wendy’s® restaurant locations to see the Artist of the Week list in advance, along with a list of the trips that will be given away. There is no purchase necessary to see the Artist of the Week list at participating Wendy’s restaurants.
 
KEZO/Z-92 “Rock Club” members (members of the KEZO On-line Database) will receive the “Rock Club Unfair Advantage” in which they will receive an e-mail that states which hour the Artist of the Week will be played in. All listeners are able to sign-up for the Rock Club by visiting www.Z92.com and providing the necessary information.
 
Contestants must be at least 21 years of age. Employees of KEZO Radio, Journal Broadcast Group, and its affiliated companies as well as employees of other radio stations in the Omaha Metro area are and employees of Wendy’s International, Inc. and its franchisees are not eligible to win. KEZO winners who won a trip for the 2007 Primetime Flyaways OR the 2008 Todd N Tyler Party Plane to Vegas are not eligible to win a trip during the 2008 College Football Flyaway Contest. Listeners may only qualify for the 2008 College Football Flyaway Contest ONCE during the contest.
 
KEZO radio will report the total dollar amount of the prizes won to the United States Internal Revenue Service and will furnish all winners with a 1099 tax form. All winners are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of any prize. There are no substitutions for any prize. Prizes may not be transferred. 
 
Winners are required to sign a release and waiver of liability supplied by KEZO radio in order to receive a prize. By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against KEZO radio, Wendy’s International, Inc. and its franchisees, other contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize. By entering the contest, the winner acknowledges that KEZO and Journal Broadcast Group have the right to publicize and broadcast the name, likeness and voice of the contest winners, the fact that they have won, lost, and all matters incidental thereto.
 
Failure to observe all contest rules will result in forfeiture of prize.
 
KEZO will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, or misdirected phone calls. Entries must be audible.
 
KEZO reserves the right to discontinue contest for any reason. KEZO reserves the right to modify contest rules at any time.
